Which one, which one?
I’m turning 21 soon and for every big birthday so far I’ve gotten one nice gift. In the past I’ve gotten jewelry but this year I think I want a nice designer handbag! Which one should I get? Personally I love the Chanel and the Prada the best!
Thoughts?

No excuses!
I know one of the things I thought about before I left for London was how I could keep up my exercise if there was no gym around me. I thought about joining a gym here, but it’s extremely expensive (about $150 per month). I needed a way to exercise and have found SO much success in Jillian Michael’s 30 day shred DVD workouts. If you can’t hit the gym there is NO reason you can’t order this DVD! I believe it’s even on youtube. Don’t have weights? Use something else! There are no excuses.
Have any of you tried Jillian’s DVDs? It’s literally like she will come out of the TV and force you to do it. She’s such a great motivator and is a great tool for weight loss!
Don’t let excuses get in the way of achieving your goals!

My meals for the day:
Breakfast: Total greek yogurt with blueberries and a couple strawberries
Lunch: Chicken breast cooked in lemon and lime juice with roasted peppers and onions. (forgot to take a picture of them both sorry!)
The picture above is my dinner:
Salmon cooked in lime/lemon juice with a little onion and garlic on top! And of course a side salad. While the salmon doesn’t look totally appetizing it was DELICIOUS! I probably should have just mixed it into the salad but oh well.
I had a couple pieces of dark chocolate for dessert and for my two snacks I had a half cup of almonds and a weight watchers whole wheat pita with hummus :)
What did everyone have today?
P.S I am studying abroad in London so it’s 7:40pm here so I have already eaten my 3 meals for the day which is why I posted them :D

made my grocery list today. This should last me for a while depending on what kinds of meals I’m making and how much of each item I buy!
What are you cooking this week??

I would LOVE to try boxing!
I was on lululemon.com today and found these adorable yoga pants! I’m obsessed. BUT they’re around $90 and that’s a LOT for yoga pants as cute and comfy as they are. I don’t feel like I’ve done much to deserve them at this point. SO…with that said I am setting a goal for myself! Once I lose another 10lbs I will buy the pants (hopefully in a size smaller than I am now :]). Set goals for yourself and keep telling yourself that you deserve it!

Think of who YOUR celebrity inspiration is!
Personally, I have always looked up to these lovely ladies (Demi Lovato, Kelly Clarkson, and Miranda Lambert). They’re all willing to admit that they are only human and sometimes slip up on eating healthy. Tabloids have called all three of them “heavy” and each of them has responded positively.
